Mike and Luanne Dickens, owners of Greenville Floral and Gift, are expanding to Up Town Greenville with a second shop on the courthouse square.  They are remodeling the old grocery store that sits below the Fred Ende Lodge.  The store is located at the corner of Lee and Johnson Streets and it will share prominence with the Landon Winery and the Hunt County Courthouse. The original store on South Wesley will remain open at the current location.

The target opening is mid-month with a grand opening celebration to follow. The remodeling will include a design studio, a wedding reception hall and plenty of room for the floral and unique gifts that you can only find at Greenville Floral and Gift.  Mary of Puddin Hill will bring in a shipment of fresh chocolate covered berries just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Mike and Luanne told the Hunt County News “the next two weeks will be intense but the remodel will put Greenville well on the way to being a destination.  We look forward to the time when Up Town Greenville will share the uniqueness that people find in McKinney and Sulphur Springs”.
