Harold Earl Walker, 89 December 23, 1925 – November 3, 2015


Harold Earl Walker, 89, of Greenville passed away on November 3, 2015.
He was born on December 23, 1925 in Richmond, VA to Floyd and Alma Walker.
Harold proudly served our country retired from the United States Army as a Master Sergeant. He served during WWII, Vietnam and the Korean War and was shot during the Battle of the Bulge.
Harold is survived by his wife of 66 years, Helen Walker of Greenville; sons, Joey Walker and wife Catherine of Plano; Rick Walker of Greenville; daughter, Kathy Fatheree of Krum; sister, Audrey Reynolds of Richmond, VA; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and various nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Mike Walker; sister, Louise Murray and brothers, Raymond and Wayne Walker.
There will be a visitation from 6-8 pm on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville.
A graveside service with full military honors will be at 9:00 am on Friday, November 6, 2015 at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.
