The Crossroads Mall is no longer but is now officially the Greenville Promenade Center. New stores now anchor prime spots in the promenade. No longer do Greenvillites have to drive to Rockwall or Mesquite to enjoy fine shopping. There is now 120,000 square feet of new shopping. The renovation of the promenade has surpassed the 15 million dollar mark and it is estimated that sales will be in the neighborhood of 47 million dollars. Payroll brings an additional five and a half million into the city.
Welcome to Greenville, Marshalls Department Store.
